Vaccant Office place is thus being sold at the rate of Rs.20,000/- per sq.foot.approx.The building is situated in Dalal Street and office premises are available at the rate of Rs.35,000/- a sq foot .The building cost has not been calculated in the analysis.
If things were transparent why was this deal not advertised in the Examiner? Why are the Catholics not informed through the Examiner which is its official newpaper and the advertisement would have been placed for free? The building is a cessed structure and will be eligible for FSI of 2.5 plus 50% plus 10% for balcony area.
